Innovery acquires 100% of the share capital of N.B. Service S.r.l., an Italian company that over the years has been able to reach a very strong positioning as a relevant player in the network, network security and cybersecurity segments.
This transaction represents a new and relevant milestone in the ambitious development strategy undertaken by Innovery which will allow, through the inclusion of new competences in the Group, to expand and complete an increasingly qualified and competitive offering of technologically advanced and highly customized solutions for its customers.
