The entry of Wise Equity in the shareholder in 2019 marks the beginning of a new phase of Innovery’s life, characterized by managerial continuity and an acceleration of the company growth, both organically, leveraging on existing customers and building new relationships, and through a M&A strategy, aimed at developing products and services on International markets.

The growth took place particularly on the Italian market, where we also saw the new companies that joined Innovery in 2020 becoming fully operational, but also in foreign markets of Spain and Mexico. The customer number has also increased and the pattern of services offered on the market has been strengthened and extended. Furthermore, the integration process of the Proxy company, acquired in 2019, and of the Obiectivo Technology e NB Service companies acquired in 2020, was concluded with success and satisfaction. In 2022 the acquisition of 100% of Open3S was completed, a Spanish company specialized in IT security services and solutions, data analytics and IT infrastructures, with which we strengthen our presence in Spain, further consolidating our international position in the field of IT security management.
