TEAM LEADER EDUCATIONAL PATH 

The Leadership course for Innovery Team Leaders was a fresh and innovative look at how people can be involved, motivated, delegated and supported in their development. This was thanks to the continuous exchange of points of view, to the the serious but not too serious work carried out on business cases, and not least the obvious desire to learn.

It certainly left me with a greater awareness of the dynamics both psychological of the interaction between individuals and the dynamics of leadership strictly speaking. What I try to bring in my everyday life is trying to interpret how my communication methods affect my colleagues and, in light of what I have learnt in the course, looking for continuous spheres of improvement for the purposes of operability.

The Team Leader course gave me great food for thought, helping me see all things from a different perspective. It was also interesting that I finally gave names to some behaviors and/or relationships management. The concepts I learnt can be considered fundamental in all spheres, including the personal sphere; it made me think about how to communicate in an effective way and deepen my awareness of aspects of myself. This is a course that I would definitely recommend to everyone, regardless of your role in the company. 

PMO EDUCATIONAL PATH 

Innovery’s PMOs approached the Team Working experience with the spirit necessary to bring the desired change to life. As a matter, the principle that has served as a guiding thread is, of course, the one where the only constant is change. 

For this reason, we focused on creating awareness with respect to the mechanisms that improve the chances of success in the daily cooperation, even when goals, methods, and timing of the various projects might collide.

An excellent opportunity for one’s personal and professional growth. I used to think that the ability to communicate was something innate, but I found out that it’s not just that, it’s something that can be learnt, improved and practiced. Pasquale gave us many practical examples for an effective communication so that the negotiation is carried out with awareness and foresight. 

I would say that the most important contribution the course gave me is precisely this strategic, non-improvised vision of managing communication with all project stakeholders.

This training experience confirmed me how important it is to listen and observe the interlocutor. The lessons were interactive, and by practicing, my colleagues and I tried to observe what verbal and non-verbal messages were being sent us so that we could then give an appropriate feedback to the person who was in front of us. Among the topics discussed during the course, the most important one for me and that I will put into practice is choosing the right words/tones to avoid hurting, offending and being misunderstood.
