We are excited to announce a new chapter in Innovery’s growth with the hiring of 17 young talents from Lucania! This significant initiative is the result of an ambitious project involving the Regione Basilicata and the in-house company Sviluppo Basilicata, which shows our commitment to supporting the professional growth of young people in the region.
The national GOL program, aimed at fostering employment, played a key role, enabling Innovery to train specific skills required by local companies in the field of Cyber Security. We believe that training should go beyond the classroom, including stage placements in companies to give young people real work experience and increase their chances of success in the job market.
This initiative found a perfect connection with the action of Sviluppo Basilicata and the IncHUBatori project. Thanks to this collaboration, we are pleased to announce the recruitment of 2 women and 15 men from Lucania, with an average age of 22 years. This achievement not only means that 17 young people from Lucania will have the opportunity to work for Innovery, but also represents success in integrating several regional projects and creating a working environment that combines business and training souls.
In addition, to support this new phase of growth, we opened a new office in Potenza. This not only emphasises our commitment to contributing to employment in the Regione Basilicata, but also provides a strategic operational base for our new talents. We look forward to seeing the contribution of these young professionals to Innovery’s growth and success. Welcome to our team!
