MANAGED CRITICAL SERVICES is the business area of Innovery which includes the E-Business and Billing System divisions.
The area called E-Business provides Professional Services on Business to Business, Managed File Transfer and Order Management Systems solutions.
These solutions, from various technological partners such as IBM, Helpsystem, Primeur, Software AG, allow both the centralization and governance of the exchange of files between the applications of our customers and their commercial partners, ensuring different levels of security in their interchange, as well as the possibility of supporting and transforming the same files into different formats, whether they are standard or not on the market.
Obviously they are solutions that concern any industry, from insurance finance (supporting all world standards) to retail, distribution, logistics, etc., supporting, for example, EDI standards.
Within the latter industries, which are more part of the Supply Chain offering area, Innovery provides professional services on different OMS solutions, primarily the IBM Sterling OMS Suite.
Through a team of certified and highly qualified professionals, we offer any type of service from the definition of architectures, installations and integrations to first and second level support.
Billing System is the division specialized in the provision of Mobile services. Given our solid experience in the convergent technologies market, Innovery supports telecommunications service operators in managing the entire billing process. In the area of digital transformation projects of the Telco markets, Innovery’s activities have a strategic position. We perform migrations to the most advanced digital platforms and collaborate with our international and national partners. We contribute to projects with a know-how achieved through an important wealth of experience and guaranteed by the main sector certifications.
