WHERE IS INNOVERY GOING AND WHY DID WE CHOOSE THIS PATH?

The work-life balance concept has been widespread and meaningful for years in many European and non-European countries. Just as it is its main declination in the professional field, that is ‘smart-working’. .

The pandemic has accelerated the phenomenon even in those countries that till then had proved to be more ‘lazy’, such as Italy.

Even Innovery, its managers and teams have been able to transform and innovate and today we are proud to give full and structured shape to our smart-working model.
We wanted to call it Dynamic Working to emphasize the high flexibility and dynamism that distinguish it.
